Please use this site if you wish to re-start your Swift Card with National Express West Midlands.

Who can use this site?

  • Any Direct Debit account holder that had an active Direct Debit ticket at any stage during 2020.
  • A Corporate Scheme card holder who had an active ticket at any stage during 2020.
  • A Swift Card user that purchased via our website or at a Travelshop
  • This application must only be completed by the named bank account holder. If this is not you, please liaise with the person who operates the bank account.
  • An initial payment covering your first month's payment will be collected as part of this application.

Who this site is NOT designed for

  • Any Pay As You Go card user.
  • Any e-Daysaver card user.
  • Any passenger who obtained their card from Network West Midlands.
